Hey amazon do you take any responsibility for the vendors your promote. No response from emails and customer service forms filled out and sent to A. Incorrect pictures and product descriptions.Buyer beware. The product shipped by A1 Accessories is NOT as pictured and is a cheapo headset dissed elsewhere on Amazon and offered for $2.70 by the same vendor elsewhere. (no ear covers, lousy sound, incompatible connector, flimsy wire, send/end button does nothing).
Great product and great customer service. This is a great headset. The first order was lost in the mail but I contacted the seller and they sent another one to me asap.
I ordered two of these and the sound quality is great; however, the fit of the ear piece is awkward, they feel too big and they fall out of my ears.
But awesome. The cord is long/ maybe it's just me idk. I have the LG Shine Bar and it's compatible w/ it. Great value, for your $$, beats getting the phone company more than $20 priced ones. I can hear so well with these, sound quality is up to par, and it has an call& end button.
I haven't tried to get covers for the ear buds (since they don't come with the headset), but I will give it a try. The only problem I have with the headset is that the ear buds won't stay in my ear even when I'm standing still. Other than that, it is an overall solid product. The LG stereo hands free headset has good call quality. I can hear everyone and everyone can hear me clearly.
